My current research interest lies in the area of computational biology. I joined as a Post-Doctoral Research Scientitst at Department of Pediatrics in U C San Diego, California after completing my PhD in Computer Science from University of North Texas in 2021. I'm interested in applying statistical, NLP, and ML techniques to respiratory diseases with current focus on genetic association for asthma in children.
